Hand and Stone

The therapist spent a good bit of time on my lower back. In doing so she continually pressed my skin downward into my hip bones and my back is badly bruised and quite uncomfortable. The rest of my back and body are okay. It was hard to sleep when I was hoping to be relaxed. I expected to possibly be sore but not like this.

I was disappointed that my treatment started 20 minutes late. If I were late then I would either pay a fee or have a shorter service but if they are late my service should be longer. Also the aesthetician would walk out of the room often.

Although the overall massage was good when asked how she was doing the therapist said she was very tired - not what you want to hear before a massage. This didn’t affect the quality but wasn’t necessary to say. She never asked if the pressure was good and didn’t remove the wedge pillow after the completion of the massage. no huge issue but it was never left before. Just a couple of issues that could have been different.

I just had the facial done yesterday I expect to see results after my second facial, aside from that I am very satisfy.

this was the second time in two weeks that my appointment needed to be rescheduled due to staffing issues. i had other things i needed to take care of and changing the time of my appointment pushed my other appointments back.

The prices are too high. Need to have reasonable prices. They need More coupons.
