Honestly, I paid more than I planned to. After speaking with the manager, the issue was resolved. She listened to my concerns and I plan to return as a faithful new client. My face feels amazing!

Love the professionalism and friendliness of the reception team and the same for Sohir my esthetician. Sohir is quite thorough and knowledgeable.

The last appt before this one, I had Hector for deep tissue; I was very unsatisfied and told receptionist she, said she’d make a note in my acct. Apparently, she didn’t.

I asked for a deep cleansing hydrating facial and was told I should try the cryojenex facial for an extra $145 on top of the $69.95. My facial ended up costing around $350 and my massage which was also supposed to be $69.95 was also alot more. I made the appointments expecting to pay about $150 and my bill ended up being $525!! I was disappointed that I wasnt told up front what the costs would be because I wouldn't have taken the offer had I known it was going to cost almost $400 more. This caused me alot of stress after the treatments!

it's no one's fault but i prefer not to have a massage where the therapist use gloves

Despite me booking a prenatal and confirming the day prior that one was a prenatal they did not have a pre natal massage therapist booked for my appointment. The manager did step in to do the massage herself but my husband also had a massage and due the confusion they started his 20 min late and he got an under 40 min massage.

I received the service I expected. Nothing out of the ordinary happened to warrant "highly satisfied".
