I felt very welcomed by reception staff both at check in and check out. I really was impressed by Enrique’s method of massage incorporating stretch which is what I really needed.

Lee is the reason we return , she is an exceptional masseuse.. Natasha and the front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist explained my membership benefits more thoroughly. The heated neck roll while I waited for my appt was amazing! Overall the massage was fantastic & the therapist did a great job.

Lee is the reason I go to Hand and Stone. She is an exceptional therapist and has helped me tremendously. She is knowledgeable, skilled and kind. She is amazing and a wonderful person.

Lashaye, Kita and Demeshia are the reason I return for my services. The staff has to manage several different attitudes and energies on the daily. Since everyone is coming there most likely to feel better, that may mean they experience groggy and attitudinal people and therefore have to work extra hard to have and maintain a great attitude so I continue to give the front desk staff a pass when they are having a hard time being kind, high energy, or having a rough day at or away from work.
