Your staff were very informed for my concerns. I have been a member in a different city and I was very impressed with their concerns for me. I am 92 years young!

Hand and Stone is efficient, clean and consistent with their customer service. Jula is an amazing massage therapist consistently professional, always leave feeling better than when I arrived, a great experience.

Kassandra always provides a great facial. She is the reason I return. It is frustrating that the front desk schedules appointments when Kassandra has planned days off and I am often rescheduled. Once I actually see her, I enjoy my facial.

Irena and Julia are my go to massage therapists. They are both great. Everyone at Hand and Stone is very friendly and very help to resolve any problems that arise. I have been enjoying my monthly membership and I love when I get coupons for upgrades or an add on included.

The girl who did my facial it was very sweet, kind and help me understand my skin more. She taught me how to take care of my skin and she was very professional the entire time.

I felt very welcomed by reception staff both at check in and check out. I really was impressed by Enrique’s method of massage incorporating stretch which is what I really needed.
