Doing my visit. I had an opportunity to observe the receptionist at the front desk. That was a complaint from a customer. She handled it in the most professional manner I have ever seen. I can't remember her name but I was there Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. she should be commended from how she handled the customer

This happened for the first time ever, but when I called for my appoint, someone picked up the phone and hung up right away. They did not say a word. This was very rude in my opinion, and not professional at all. I won’t hold this against the office, because it was the first time. I have been very satisfied with Hand And Stone. I have been a member for four or five years with two nemberships.

Lashes was AMAZING! She met every need I had during my massage. I cannot stop telling people about my experience. The receptionists were very friendly and the atmosphere was great from beginning to end.
