The service and overall experience is always excellent. There were two issues to resolve and they were handled well. The washcloths supplied to the facialist are too scratchy and abrasive and irritated my skin so she changed them to towlettes. The front desk assistant manager resolved a points redemption issue for me. I was losing two massages due to the new points redemption values, and I was not given proper notice to use my points in advance of the roll-out. The situation could have ended badly but the staff and the franchise handled it professionally.

First I want to Commend the director, Nicole, for taking a team approach and managed up by resolving several expired services. My facial performed by Simone was extraordinary. She was friendly, professional and experienced. I also want to commend Enrique, Massage therapist. He is THE BEST EVER! I will continue to drive almost 45 minutes to this location because of Enrique!
