My hand and Stone massage experience proved to be effective.

Hand & Stone of Pembroke Pines is a beautiful place. Clean reception area, attentive staff, excellent service by estheticians, clean rest rooms , great all around!!

My esthetician was excellent and knowledgeable. Amber was so conscientious. I am looking forward to booking her again.

Receptionists are always very friendly. Irina always listens before starting the massage. If I have a problem area she always makes sure to pay close attention to that area.

Staff is great. Everything is very clean , especially the restrooms

Lee is a great therapist. She always asks if there are any issues before starting and always checks on how the massage is progressing. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I always enjoy the massage and how I feel after.

Jacqueline was amazing. She did a great facial on me and was able to explain the needs of my skin. I will definitely return to her for my next facial. Wish she also did massages!

The service and overall experience is always excellent. There were two issues to resolve and they were handled well. The washcloths supplied to the facialist are too scratchy and abrasive and irritated my skin so she changed them to towlettes. The front desk assistant manager resolved a points redemption issue for me. I was losing two massages due to the new points redemption values, and I was not given proper notice to use my points in advance of the roll-out. The situation could have ended badly but the staff and the franchise handled it professionally.

It was great. The therapist is the one I use all the time and I am very satisfied with her. Front desk ladies are very welcoming

The staff was polite. My therapist was professional while she worked. She sent me home relaxed.
