The ambiance when I walked in was amazing! I instantly became more relaxed, everyone was warm welcoming and the water was mighty tasty. Jacqueline is the goddess of facials. I didn't even recognize myself in the mirror when she finished. She was very thorough and informative with the entire procedure. The BEST service!!

My therapist continues to provide excellent massages/service. I look forward to my appointment and always leave relaxed. My therapist spends equal time on all areas and easily adjusts for any special concerns.

I Love to go to Hand and Stone all the time. The service and cleanliness is good. If there is anything I can add is just the compliment to atleast offer some simple finger food snacks and bottled water they never have bottled water available to offer even though they have water to drink but I prefer a bottled water.

Lee, the therapist I see, is so nice, and she is extremely good at what she does; I would compare her to a physical therapist. The receptionists are always very nice and efficient too.

overall, the spa has excellent customer service. Additionally, the message therapist, Lynn, is excellent, highly skilled.
