overall, the spa has excellent customer service. Additionally, the message therapist, Lynn, is excellent, highly skilled.

Throughout my membership I have always gone with a different massage therapist, and I was always satisfied, everyone at pembroke location have always been amazing, and professional.

I did not have to wait for my therapist very long. Rayniesha was happy, friendly and she really relaxed my muscles. I will definitely be back next week.

I've use the same massage therapist for over a year for my monthly massage. She made it a point at our initial visit to understand my needs and those areas of concern. She has since that day been professional, caring, and intentional about ensuring good outcomes from my massage.

Full body massage was not fully completed. As there was a BOGO service which was crammed into my 1 hr massage… so got 45 mins massage didn’t do my upper shoulder/neck area. Therapist mentioned that was sorry time had elapsed… ???

The ambiance, cleanliness of the location. Staff was friendly and my estitician was great.

I find Laurent G. a professional and experienced masseuse. He listens to me and addresses my problem areas with strong healing hands. He is knowledgeable and provides me with helpful exercises to do at home. I highly recommend Laurent for the best message you'll ever get!
