The reception associate was friendly upon arrival .The esthetician knows the facial therapy well and does a great treatment. The waiting room is very clean and observes COVID-19 precautions.

Overall, the experience was wonderful: from first entering the establishment and waiting for my appointment to the actual session itself. My massage therapist for this session was Alex, and she was extremely pleasant throughout the introductory session. She consistently made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain, and made sure to communicate everything being done as she worked her way through the sections being massaged. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout, and was seriously convinced to apply for the membership program from that single session.

I enjoy the service and attention. I am attended by people with knowledge who take the time to understand my facial and the area of bodies that bother me the most.

Lynn took care of my hurting spots. I felt better when I left there. I would recommend Lynn to everyone.
