Alex was very good and attentive. With the pandemic my wife was not comfortable using her membership but we kept paying rather than cxl Now she has many more then she can use and there are restrictions in transferring which I don't think are fair. I would like that we could transfer more during this year - mgr. please let me know 630 624 7726

The technician I had was amazing!! Her name was Saudia (sp??). She was incredible. She gave me the best facial. She is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, etc. I would recommend her to everyone and go back for her! Also the place was clean, the receptionist was so nice and cheery and calming!

From the moment that I walked in I felt a very calm and friendly presence and atmosphere. Everyone was wonderful especially my massage therapist. I highly recommend Hand and Stone, definitely over massage envy.

From the initial call with Mallory to the massages with Lynn and Chris (we had a couple massage for our 22nd Anniversary), everything was spectacular. My wife also had a facial done. (I apologize but I can't remember the ladies name that handle my wife's facial... her name stated with a "D"). My wife said it was one of the best experiences she ever had.
