Jaclyn and Jess at the front desk were extremely helpful from the phone call to schedule the appointment, the registration process, and inform us about the monthly membership services. I love great customer service and will definitely recommend this spa to friends and family. The aestheticians were also very friendly and educated us on products that will promote healthier skin. We purchased membership plans and are looking forward to our monthly services.

Its been a while since I had a massage and in fact the last one I had was quite painful. The Masseuse was not reading my reaction at all. This was not done at Hand and Stone. This was quite lovely and relaxing. I cant wsit to go back again.
