The staff was flexible as I changed my services upon arrival. The massage therapist was extremely knowledgeable on which service was appropriate with my health goal. Upon check-out, the receptionist ensured that I booked the next appointment and explained how I could use my unused services/points/credits.

I was very happy with the service and how I was treat. My therapist was amazing he treated me very well and did an amazing job when she massaged me I will be going again with the same therapist.

Lee is an amazing masseuse. Hand & Stone needs to give her additional hours!!! She is in high demand and this makes it a bit difficult to schedule an appointment.

I appreciate the measures of safety implemented due to COVID. I like to ease of booking my appointment. I LOVE the new heating pads under the tables! And as always the staff and therapist were absolutely wonderful!
