Friendly staff -therapist paid attention to what I told her for my preferences and the ambiance and music were soothing

I was greeted promptly and the staff was friendly. I joined the membership in March in PCB but then had surgery in May on my left shoulder. I went to the Leawood store and Mishelle at the store went over my procedure and worked on the areas without causing any pain. I will definitely ask for her again.

Sorry, no offense but this location has a different receptionist every time i come in. And I come once a month, it’s NEVER the same person. That’s weird honestly, why can’t this location keep the same receptionist. I love my facial and massage from this location, but I walk in and it’s never the same person. I walk in and say to myself, who am I going to meet today.

I enjoy the pampering, relaxation, and how my skin feels after treatment. I also like the rewards.
