I love Nadvish, my therapist. But my one hour massage started 5 minutes late and ended 7 minutes early. I have not been very satisfied with the reception area. I had rescheduled my original appointment with Nadvish. I was very specific about my availability and had the receptionist cross check in with Nadvish’s availability. When I showed up, I had been scheduled with someone completely different. So, I had to reschedule for this appointment time. I was offered a complimentary aroma therapy, but at no point did anyone apologize for the mistake.

I love the service I have gotten from all massage therapists that I have used during my membership. The only problem I had this time was trying to book the appointment. I was unable to complete it online and had to call in to book it.

I really loved the friendliness of the place. My esthetician was very personally and talked me through everything she was going to do. I will definitely be back again!
