I really feel that this massage was one of the best I have had since joining.

The esthtician did a great job she was very attentive and didn't talk to much during the procedures which is exactly how I prefer it but she shared all the information that was necessary. I felt she was very knowledgeable about her job and I felt extremely comfortable thruout my entire visit. Tracy Minter is a keeper for your business. I will request her on all future visits. As a company however you need to fix the issues of it stopping and starting again to loud. Also some lavender essential oil would be nice to add to the steam. Just a personal preference. Really a great visit

I am in Hand and Stone regularly and the staff at recognizes me when I come in which makes me feel very welcomed. I am able to purchase packages for my repeat services which makes the cost even more affordable. The spa always has a very calm and quiet atmosphere.

Very pleased as usual. Julie has been great.. Your comfort room, hot back pad & hot towel on neck. Don't have that at my Hand & Stone in VA where I usually go.
