My boyfriend & I signed up for memberships last month. We were both pleased w/the therapists we had so we signed up for a membership & scheduled our march appointments with them. I was more than satisfied with my march massage from ashlee(shy). My boyfriend on the other hand had a new therapist & was not happy. He was really looking forward to his treatment w/Lindsey & was taken back to find out (as the therapist greeted him) that he was not going to be w/Lindsey. (She's the reason he signed up). In the car on the way home was when he told me he was not happy w/his treatment & that he feels like it was a waste. He was not relaxed at all during the treatment & debated canceling his membership. I'm not sure if there is anything you can do for him. I'm sure he won't say anything because he doesn't want to hurt anyone's feelings. However being in the industry I know you can't fix problems you aren't aware of. His name is Lucas Rogers, his contact information is 9138001488. I would hope he could be credited one way or another. The service and friendliness of the employees is excellent. The knowledge of the employees is excellent. I have to schedule my appointments around times that are convenient for my work and family schedule and there is always a time tat works. I really appreciate the ability to purchase my services in bulk packages which makes the cost of the services very affordable. I have switched to Hand and Stone for my regular services because of the high quality service for an extremely competitive price.

Julie was my massage therapist she had a good touch . She also listened to what areas I needed worked on. Very relaxed when the service was done.
