Love the ambience and my massage therapist. I also get facials there and love her too. SO glad my daughter introduced me to Hand and Stone. As long as prices don't go up, you have a customer for life.

Ashley has been wonderful! I was going to schedule online but Ashley's name was missing as a selection so I had to call. The facility is always clean. You don't feel like it's a cozy, quiet salon like Bijin. There is no prep area to wind down in a robe with hot tea before your massage. The massage rooms and facility is clean but missing design and warmth. It looks like new construction, cold, sterile and missing personality. This is a richer area of town so feeling special and feeling plush is a must!

My visit was a relaxing enjoyable experience.

Some questions have to do with features that I would take for granted. Those are called "must haves." They NEVER delight customers, but their absence makes people angry. Hence, some answers are "satisfied" vs. "highly satisfied." (For more information, google "Kano Model."

I have liked my visits and the services here very much. I am however considering dropping my membership for the next six months because of some personal financial needs and goals. I am trimming out a few things out of my budget for the next six in order to reach my financial goals in the next six months.
