I get a massage on a regular basis and lost my regular therapist when she moved out of state. My daughter got me a gift certificate for Hand and Stone for a massage and facial. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The massage was great and she concentrated on areas that needed it and definitely knew what she was doing. The facial was an unexpected surprise, I don't normally get them and was so happy I did. My skin feels great and her knowledge of the products and my personal needs was surprising. She explained things step by step and I left with a better knowledge of what I need to do to improve my skin. I will definitely go back to Hand and Stone and request the same girls. They have a customer for life, in fact I think I'm planning on getting one of their memberships. Great experience.

Julie was my massage therapist and was the best I've ever had. She listened to what my needs and wants were and went above and beyond to accommodate me! She was also very friendly and I felt very comfortable with her right from the beginning. I got a lot of pain and stress relief and wish I could come back weekly! I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed my massage. It was just what I needed! Can't wait to come back!

I was very impressed with Megan. Not only did she do a great job on my facial, she answered any question I had and even gave further information.

Megan was fantastic. The reception area and lady were fantastic. Very helpful. I ended up buying $150 of product, then signed up for the membership. I asked if i could get the 10% off of what i had purchased and she took the time to do the transaction. Very happy with my experience and will be back.

Massage services delivered by Joshua are excellent. The waiting area, products, receptionist will never be of high value to me. BUT, they could cause me to leave this service if they aren't maintained. I consider clean and friendly to be "must have's." The absence of these items is far more remarkable than their presence.
