I was very happy with the new massage therapist I was given. I hope he stays with the company so I can count on him each time. I wish the point system hadn’t change however.

I purchased a gift card with a $75 value. I used it for add-on services and it only really had a $65 value. Had it been clear to me that I could only use it for a massage, not an add-on, then I would have used it for the massage not the add on. This was not explained to me at the time I redeemed some of the value or at the time of purchase.

True massage therapist was very knowledgeable. She was friendly but also respected my quiet needs. She applied the perfect pressure and Infelt great when it was done.

I have enjoyed my membership, but immediately after joining the price went up which is really frustrating. I have kept my membership so far, but it is less sustainable now even though my massages have been nice.

I have had a membership for quite awhile now and I only just found out about points and that I had roughly 17,000. I wanted to pause my membership for a few months for financial reasons and it'd be great to be able to use the points that have added up but not being able to while paused is ridiculous. I know this isn't specific to my location so not their fault (but would've been nice to be aware of points before now). I paused for 3 months but I will be cancelling once I use my final package and points after unpausing. My mom and husband also had packages of their own and have since cancelled and were never made aware of points either.

The cost of the massage has consistently increased since I joined. I was one of the "first" members of this spa and it's significantly more expensive now then when I joined. When I went to an independent massage therapists, I received a full hour of massage and her you only get 50 min and sometimes a bit less time. I am highly satisfied with the two massage therapists I use. Both Rico and Ashley are awesome therapists. I look forward to seeing them and feel wonderful when I leave.

When you tell clients to be at least 10 min early for appt and then your massage is supposed to happen you wait another 5 min before they take you back then you wait another 5 while they leave the room for you to change. Then they quit 5 min before the actual massage is supposed to be over. My wife had this experience yesterday and I have had it in the past. So basically an hour massage is only 50 min? But when the massage therapist ends early and you are only getting 47/48 min it’s hard to spend the amount of money. I’ve been to regular places and they give you full 60 min. I just don’t like that policy. I own a fitness studio and if I say the class is 45 min it better be full 45 min not 43.5 min. If I go over 45 no one complains but 1 min under they do. So it would be nice for massage therapist to at least go over a couple min and not shorten time. Just my opinion.
