Just felt it was satisfactory.

My esthetician was just meh in personality. I don’t think I like facials as I don’t see any benefits over a massage. The steam portion was delightful.

Anna is a great therapist. The rooms are freezing. Even with the bed warmer on high. This has been the case the last 2 months. The outside weather has been bitterly cold.unfortunately, the rooms are so cold it’s hard to thoroughly enjoy the experience. This location is in Leawood KS

We were very pleased with everything. We just wont be back and really let others known about it to recommend them to go because we live out of state and there is not a Hand & Stone near us at all.

The message was good however my shoulder got sore in the middle of it.

Expected more of a consultation before hand. Therapist didn't seem to know my responses from my intake form. Asked about specific needs but only spent a little time on that area. Pressure was too light.

Your typical franchised spa and massage. Nothing that really wowed me.

It’s hard to remember all the different therapists and usually get someone different each time. Pictures of therapists would be helpful to remember who I’ve had before and schedule with those I’ve had the best experience.

We booked a couples massage which didn’t happen. My Massage Therapist inquired at the front desk for me. She was told that we were told it would be an additional $15 and we said never mind. When booking we were asked if we wanted a couples massage, we said yes and the appointment was booked. Nothing else was said. Nothing was mentioned about an additional fee. My husband and I were on speaker phone with the person booking the massage and we were both expecting a couples massage. The room was available. What happened?

Appointment was not on time, but they did honor my hour long massage regardless of actual start time. There are no changing rooms/lockers/showers, which I guess is what you pay for in the less expensive massage vs. a more expensive massage elsewhere that provides those amenities.
