I don’t normally choose excessive praise. I have had several different masseurs and I feel the satisfaction is norm. In the future I will say, I choose a quiet massage.

I was satisfied with the appointment. I only didn't mark highly satisfied because it wasn't with my preferred mt, who was booked. That isn't anyone's fault but mine, but it affects my satisfaction. The provider I was with did a great job.

It’s not that I’m unsatisfied, but you should advertise a 50 minute massage. By the time you check in, get in and undressed, and then redress you really aren’t getting a 60 minute massage. That is fine, but that should be advertised accurately that it isn’t a full 60.

Did not like the new point system. It makes it to where at least 40 dollars of a package must be forfeited by using a 3rd package to cover what used to be covered in 2 packages. The overage of points is roughly 5, which makes it appear fairly intentional in its implementation to get more money out of the consumer.

I enjoyed my experience, but I prefer more of a spa environment for massages. I would come again sometime. I struggled with being ticklish and with some of the massage work being a bit painful. To be very clear, I think it was just working out the kinks in my back which was needed - NOT that she was doing anything wrong. She asked me several times if the pressure was ok and I assured her it was because I wanted to make sure we could work out the knots. But it still hurt lol, so I found it less relaxing than I otherwise would have.

LaDarion is the only reason that I keep my membership. He is exceptional! After my bad experience with a facial, the rest of the H&S experience has not been great.
