Never knew massage of face was a thing. I have never had that done until this appointment and was NOT happy about that

I was told a product was on sale. My esthetician recommended it to me and showed me the product and the poster on display indicating it was on sale. When paying I was not given sale price, but did not notice when checking out so paid full price. Realized it it within a fe2 minutes, went back in to ask for refund of over charge. Item was not on sale in system even though there was a poster indicating sale. Staff could not issue a total refund or figure out why not on sale. Only a manager…came back next day and was given a refund so all was good. But should not have had to return..staff should be able to take care of issue. Also should not advertise a sale that is not happening.

I was very satisfied with the facial, but prefer not to be upsold

My lady did a good job on the facial. However, she did not really take any time to look at my face and tell me what we were going to be doing making the experience feel a little rushed.

Lagerian (?) did a great job and was perfectly timed. It's just too much money for a teacher. I will only use Hand & Stone for gifts. At least my boyfriend finds it simple and easy.

I would have liked more information during the steps of my facial. There was no talk (during the facial) as to what products were used for any step

Overall am happy enough but prices have increased and the quality of services have not increased along with the prices. My massage therapist is the main reason I come back. He’s the best.

Overall very happy but very pushes from front desk to sell a package.

The price has increased twice since I became a member.
