The ambiance isn’t as inviting as it should be. The staff and therapist were great, would like the rooms to be better sound proof. Often times can hear the room next door talking throughout the services.

The receptionist tried to make me pay for my 90min massage despite me having a membership and packages on my account. She also couldn’t tell me how many I had remaining, I know I have at least 7…this is financially unsettling for me.

The first two receptionists were able to help me reschedule my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. The third one came back with the strict policy of charging a fee for rescheduling on a weekend. I was completely unaware of this. Therefore, I did not book my next appointment.

My massage started 5 minutes late and ended 5 minutes early so short 10 minutes Total body no scalp or stomach was the plan. I only received back and feet. More of a lotion on not massage

I enjoyed my facial, my massage was not welcoming or good. Having to change clothes between my services was annoying.

Didn't see noticeable results.

I'm highly satisfied with the massage therapist. I'm highly satisfied with the massage technique. The front desk team seemed a bit confused.

While the therapist was very good, she was not personable at all and made no effort to get to know me. She also sniffed throughout the entire massage with no mask and no explanation as to while she was sniffing, like she had allergies or something. In our post pandemic world this is an issue for me.

I had never been here before and I really enjoyed the receptionists! They were so kind and have a very calming presence. Unfortunately when it was time for my massage I was very frustrated with Anna. She was massaging very hard, I requested it lighter but she kept doing it very hard. It feels like my back is bruised in places and I don't know if I was just so tight that that was necessary but it was really painful. It felt like she was massaging my skin into my bones :( I only experienced this pain on my back though so that is why I gave a rating that it was still relaxing other places. She also spent way too much time on my back and so it wasn't a balanced massage. The most frustrating thing of the whole massage was that Anna constantly talked and talked EXTREMELY loudly. I am all for visiting while having a massage especially when it is a new massage therapist but she was talking SO loud, making jokes, not talking in a calming voice, giving unsolicited advice. I even tried to talk quietly and calmly back to her to get her to match me and it did absolutely nothing. I would come back but I would definitely request to not have Anna :(

Everything was excellent and it was my first time I live it so much I became a member.
