The team could reimagine the customer’s transition from one service to the next when receiving multiple services. I don’t consistently get a bag for my clothes, the bag they provide is small and made of frayed material, the robe is okay, and you don’t get slippers. I’d even take some nice cozy socks to keep from walking barefoot or having to put my shoes back on.

I wish the website was easier to use. I am not able to schedule wax appts online and it is difficult to get someone on the phone, due to the lines being busy. Additionally, I was not aware of the membership points until I called to speak with the manager regarding another topic.

I felt the body massage was a little rushed, no big deal. I know with a whole body massage you have to get around to the whole body. I also chose a head massage with my facial, but we didn't do it for some reason.

I left with more pain in my hips. Otherwise, I found the massage relaxing.

I find the head cradle uncomfortable on the tables (I’ve tried multiple rooms, some have been kind of busted), I find it hard to book online and make sure my credits are used (I am not a fan of the UX of the site), otherwise I enjoy being a client. Very polite staff and I don’t have to wait weeks for an appointment usually

My session - was walked into the therapy room at 6 minutes after the start time, therapist walked back in at 10 minutes after the hour (I was ready in 1 minute) and I walked out (fully dressed) at 3 minutes before the top of the hour. An Hour long massage keeps getting shorter and shorter at this location. Less value for my $$

We confirmed multiple times that we requested both female therapists. They mentioned they called an hour before hand to confirm appointment and said that we were with a male and female. I told them that we confirmed over the phone twice that it would be two females. When we got there they mentioned they didn't know that and put us with a male/female and didn't give us any other options. Also was blind sides by the added $30 for the facial. I got my fiance a gift for her birthday and was her first time getting a massage. Just wish the conversation would have been made prior when conversing with her about what she wanted and let her know the additional cost before hand or during the massage. Instead of having a therapist go out and tell the front office that he added a facial massage and tack it onto the bill.. I wouldn't have minded paying but thought the process was not the best way to handle it just to add onto a customers bill.

I wasn't dissatisfied, but called 4 times until I got someone. Booked 2 hour and they confirmed with one hour, and then correct themselves when I said, wait what? This happened before and didn't know until I got there so didn't want that to happen again. Then when I got there she said 1 hour again, and I'm like no....2 hour. Not a big deal, just a little frustrating. Assumed she was new.

Loved my massage. I felt the place where you put your face on the table wasn't clean. Not sure though.
