I feel there should be a 15 min to 20 min gap between appointments. As result of scheduling, I feel an hour massage is more like a 40 min massage.

Therapist could have shared what she was feeling in my problem areas. Ie: tension, knots, other irregularities.

It seems my appointment gets canceled a lot. I schedule with a specific person and when I get there I’ve been switched.

The room was too warm. The massage therapist did everything they could to fix, they went above and being, very helpful and patient. It seemed to be a problem with the thermostat? Everything else was perfect, my massage therapist listened every time I needed more or less pressure, super relaxing and great.

It was not a big deal, but I had to make a follow up call because after making my appointments, I received a message that I did not have the packages to cover the appointments. This required me to make a second call to the facility to confirm that I did in fact have the packages. It was a bit of an inconvenience, but not a big a deal.

My one “complaint” is that my massage therapist never introduced herself, so I don’t even know her name to be able to recommend her to someone else. Otherwise, my visit was wonderful!

If possible, it would be great to have the therapists ask if the pressure is okay really early on in the massage so that we can quickly resolve. Also, more use of hot towels please! Feet and back/neck! :)

I have been now about 6 or 7 times. This one was just the least satisfying of them all. Therapist was nice and respectful.

Always room for improvement. Great experience but prefer quiet when getting massage not talking most of the time.

The massage was fine. The massage therapist was good, listened and rather addressed my concerns. The receptionists were not friendly or welcoming upon arrival, nor as I walked out. The head receptionist even asked if I'd tipped or wanted to leave a tip and seemed skeptical when I said I'd left my tip on the table. Very rude and dismissive.
