As the price keeps increasing (thereby also the tip amount), I am trying to determine if I am going to keep my membership.

I was highly satisfied in most categories. Could use better practice in wearing masks, I had requested that in my intake form. Overall my experience was good. I will return.

There was a lot of times when my therapist just stayed on one area and did not massage as much as I would’ve liked. I like a full massage without all the stopping points. This is the first time that has happened. My husband also had a massage and they did the same thing. I hope this isn’t a new way of massaging at hand and stone

My wax took much longer than normal she was extremely nice and was trying her best. I think she just needs more practice.

The esthetician was very unprofessional and wouldn’t stop talking about herself. The scalp massage was really bad. I can’t believe I paid $15 for it.

I'm so sore and tight that any massage actually is painful. I very much enjoyed the hand treatment add -on. Very soothing

Manager did not send me receipt for billing error as promised. Did not call me back as promised. Billed my credit card without my permission for service they claim they didn’t charge me for. I have no idea as I can’t get a copy of the bill. Also have had problems with bookings that get changed at the last minute.

I don't like the diffusers used in the reception area. I had to move as it was blowing on me. They should be placed away from people, but still be able to smell it.

The dress and undress time being included in my massage time takes away from the amount of time I actually get a massage. For the price I would think the massage therapist will be physical for a full 60 minutes. I am currently looking into other options.
