Raised prices without notifying. They said they emailed, but didnt get one so. Hour massage is really only 45 mins

Everyone has been very nice. If it was not for needing to tighten my finances I would continue. Also, the products were very pricey as well. I realize all of this plus out of the company’s control. If I am able to become a member again I will definitely come back to this location.

The aesthetic of the waiting room and massage room is clinical, could be more “spa” feeling to make it more relaxing.

She talked a lot in the beginning when I was trying to relax. She spend several minutes peeling skin off my my arm from a recent sunburn instead of doing the massage I was paying for. She was very inconsistent with pressure and only asked once when the massage was almost over about how the pressure was. I’ll just ask for someone else next time. I’ve had good luck in the past and so has everyone I have referred.

My facial lady no showed on me and I always do a combo. It's hard to get away for a spa day with 3 kids and a full time and part time job so I need these days.

I love Rico and have nothing but praise for him, he’s amazing ! This last visit I got there 10 min before appointment, waited almost 20 to go back . My 1:00pm massage started at 1:15 and ended at 2:30 pm. I just feel you pay for 90 min, it’s not a cheap visit and that 90 min should be hands on not chit chat or waiting time. I’ve had to end my membership because of my finances and just didn’t feel I was getting moneys worth so had to make decision as a financial part of life , was this worth it? Never felt I found a great massage therapist until Rico, he’s amazing and hate to not get in to him for much longer. Please let him know he’s a true pro!!

My massage therapist was great, it's mostly about the check in experience. The lobby decor seems dated and not very soothing. The check in station isn't separate from the waiting area so you hear everyone checking in, paying, being solicited to purchase a membership. Just not very spa like.

New receptionist checked me out who doesn’t know me abs what I usually get/do. She also assumed I was someone else and told me my membership ended thinking I was the other person.

The massage helped to reduce tension and pain in my neck and head. I was pleased to find an appointment on short notice that fit my schedule.

My esthetician did not wear a mask even though I requested that. She didn’t introduce herself or really speak to me. Not friendly.
