Price and time I had to wait to start my massage

Appointments were made for my friend and I. Her appointments for her massage were not fulfilled. Either it was an error with the appointment or there was an error with the therapist.

The staff is not very knowledgeable on how the membership is applied to services if using a gift card. This has happened on two occasions.

Simply not affordable for teachers

The room wasn’t as nice as some others in the area. The value was good. The floor hasn’t been vacuumed and the carpet was old. Just felt a bit dated. The light was also a bit bright.

I have a 3 month membership and I didn’t feel “in awe” when I left. I get like I could have cleansed and moisturized my face the same at home. For free.

Pressure could have been deeper. Prices are up there but it hard with all prices going up. Have a warmer building it was very cold.

During massage more time was spent on one side of back than the other . I could a said something I just didn’t . Wasn’t that big of a deal .

The massage room was uncomfortably cold the last two times that I was there. I'm very hot-natured so that's unusual for me. Even with the table warmer on the top of my body was cold.

Satisfied works for me, generally.
