The therapist is not a licensed masseuse. Was a great massage but not therapeutic.

I always look forward to see my massage therapist.

I redeemed a gift card and during check out process she told me the upgrade I chose was an additional $90. The confusion was derma facial versus dermoligica products. The matter was resolved but for a few minutes I panicked because I was not planning on spending an additional $90. My gift card was from my employer and was for the $115 dollar facial, which I booked. The entire check out process was frustrating after having a wonderful relaxing hour. I left irritated and thought if I didn’t have a gift card I wouldn’t go back.

My esthetician was fantastic, she asked and address my concerns. This was my first facial. And left feeling great.

If you are not going to follow CDC recommendations, at a minimum customers who are not interested in being exposed by the front office staff and other customers should be allowed to wait in their cars and complete all check in paperwork on line.

Receptionist did not book my appointment. The manager did take care of me. Receptionist did not remember to give me a credit offered to make up for appointment mishandling but manager said I would get a credit.

This is second massage I’ve received here that therapist FELL ASLLEP during service. CC did great until she nodded off during foot massage ( multiple times) , I don’t get this!!!!

I was satisfied

I was asked about problem areas... said my neck... therapist was great but did not focus on my neck nor follow up to ask if my neck felt better. Minimal head/neck work and then a hot towel, which felt nice. Would have like more actual focus on my problem area.

Therapist was exhausted & must have been last customer of day b/c she ended 10 mins early & disappeared (no water, etc).
