The massage and therapist were both great. But I purchased a scalp massage add on, thinking it would add additional time to the end of the massage. It didn’t; instead, that add on was done during the 60 mins. This was explained after the massage, so I understand. But communication could have been better. Again, the therapist herself was great.

I'd purchased a product 60 days ago and at time was not told I only had 30 days to return. It seems I should have been able to do an exchange as the product was only used once.

Overall, I'm fairly satisfied. My preferred massage therapist Julie no longer works at H&S, and no one has been quite as good as she was. This last massage was good; my only comment is that she did not massage the palm of one of my hands at all but did so twice with the other (once when I was face down, and once when I was face up). I also noticed one foot got much less treatment than the other foot. Details like that are important when I'm trying to relax; it should feel pretty much the same on both sides of my body. It was the first time seeing this therapist, so I tipped her well, anyway, and will give her another chance. I like her well enough to try again with her.

The prices are great but I do feel like I lose several minutes waiting on the esthetician to arrive back in the room, them getting the products ready or doing other things I can’t see.

There were 5 of us. We all had massages and facials and they were booked back to back. some of us had to wait a long time between each service so we were late for our dinner reservations.

I didn't realize my two payments of $65 while I was a member couldn't be used in 0ne visit. The facial was covered for $65 but I still had to pay for the upgrades. I only got the upgrades cause I thought I had $130 to spend. That bothered me. I didn't realize until I left that I paid the extra rather than it coming from my membership account or I would have addressed it then.

My husband was highly satisfied with his visit. However, I was not. I was booked for a prenatal massage which I don't think the therapist knew about. My therapist did a great job on the massage itself, but unfortunately she smelled like cigarettes. My nose is a bit more sensitive since i'm pregnant, so that could be why.

I had paid extra for a deep tissue massage. Although my massage was good, I wouldn't have considered it to be deep tissue by any means. The therapist also left the room once she finished my massage and I never saw her again! I wasn't given any advice or tips on aftercare after my massage.
