I had to wait 15 minutes to check out as both receptionists were helping one family join a membership. I felt they could have checked me out sooner and as a member I expect to be given some priority.

I think it is overpriced. But it is convenient - so I am sticking with it - until I find another option. I do not like the 'pressure' of the add ons.

The online booking doesn't work. There should be packages available for massage and facials together. Also there should be discounts or add ons for free for nurses and teachers.

Doesn’t seem like a Spa more like a message mill. Get in and get out

Couldn’t fill out the intake forms in advance. Tried but forms didn’t work. Booked a hot stone massage (it was confirmed when I checked in) but it didn’t show up for therapist. I mentioned it and she added it in but disappointed I had to remind her. Don’t think it was her fault. I’ve experienced other communication issues at this location.

Very pleasant experience with all massage and skin therapists. Good Job! Looking forward for more services

The only thing I would change, aside from the black gunk on the countertop that stuck to the bottom of my drinking glass, is that I would like to have my arms and hands massaged both when I am face down, and when I turn over. I am used to that. I only got it when I was face down, and it wasn't enough. When I asked her if she was going to do my arms after I had turned over and she was almost done, she said she had done the front and back of my arms when I was face down. It didn't feel like enough to me. However, please note that my massage therapist was very good, friendly, and responsive otherwise.

My issue was with booking the massages. The receptionist apparently didn't understand that I was asking for the total price of my couples massage. She quoted me for one 60 minute massage but I was asking for total price for two hour hot stone massages. I was blown away by the cost and thought it was ana amazing deal. No one reviewed costs with me beforehand and my $115 steal ended up being $290. I asked specifically for the cost of both services over the phone so it was just disappointing. That was a major upcharge from what I had planned for. The massage itself was lovely and probably worth the cost, but I definitely would have shopped around for a deal if I had been quoted correctly instead of feeling put out and frustrated after having already received the massage. I think a review of cost before services are rendered would be beneficial to prevent this. My massage therapists were amazing and I loved the job they did!

My experience was wonderful

My Brazilian was amazing she is now my new fav! I think her name was Jessica. She was kind and very understanding to my needs being that I am 6 months pregnant. My appointment w/ Rico ran really late and no one ever explained why. I thought the right thing to do would have been to discount the service since the manager came in multiple times to say the wait wouldn’t be much longer. However it was never offered. I also did like that my membership expired during the shut down. When I called to use my final package I was told I had to reinstate my membership first and pay and increased fee. Given the financial impact of COVID-19 my package should have been honored rather than forcing me into getting another membership. Also the increase to $65 per month makes no sense my friend in Denver who introduced me to hand and stone there has not incurred this increase. Which is confusing because the cost of living is less here than there. It’s only because of the service providers that I am considering keeping my membership, because I don’t care for how this establishment is being ran!
