Pressure was a bit too firm on my massage, I listed on the form I wanted medium. I mentioned it was too firm during the massage but felt it didn't change much. my husband filled out on his form that he didn't want his feet massaged, but they did massage them anyway. he felt awkward speaking up.

I thought the therapist spent too much time on my feet. Otherwise it was great

I tried many massage therapists and none of them really did an AMAZING job. Nadvish was by far the best one I found and went to her many times, but overall I just wasn’t 100% happy with the overall full massages I revived there. I wanted to come out of the room feeling like a million bucks instead I always felt like there was more to be desired.

It was several minutes after my scheduled time that I was called back, and my massage was over a few minutes before it should’ve been. I told the therapist I wanted between medium and firm pressure, but it was definitely more on the medium side, so I need to tell the therapist I want a firmer massage. I continue to need more therapy on my left neck and shoulder, but not enough time was spent on that particular area to do any good.

I have a wonderful experience every time. I wish I could be a member with a package every 6 wks instead of monthly. I didn't care for the increase in cost for monthly service.

Nothing too serious, I felt rushed, my massage started late and ended early despite booking for an hour. I asked for special attention on my back which was given about 6 minutes. Not a terrible situation, I’m not upset, I’ve just had way better experiences for my money

The massage was fine, the pressure was not firm enough. She did a decent job.

My second treatment and once again my appointment didn’t start on time. Many staff were either not wearing or properly wearing PPE. I was able to view another customer’s credit card information on a sticky note.

I had an 80 minute massage. When I asked if I should just pay for the extra time the receptionist recommended I use the cbd oil. I could not tell the difference and it wasn’t worth the $’s an expensive mistake
