The room was EXTREMELY COLD! The coconut and the chocolate coconut drops were both out of stock and no one nee when or if the would restock them.

I arrived 3-4 minutes late to my appointment. However, I got in pretty quickly and my massage therapists seemed to be in a rush. I wasn’t sure if there was an appointment after me but she barely spoke to me from the beginning and ended the session within 40 minutes.

While the massage was good, I did not understand why my no on the CBD upsell was not taken at face value. My profession tests for all forms of narcotic and CBD shows up on those tests. Even if there are benefits that I would reap, it is too much of a risk for a day of pain relief.

At the time of scheduling appt I was told everyone who entered would have temp taken and mine was not nor were the 4 men that came in after me.

his location still have not been able to keep a massage therapist who fully meets my needs. When I thought I had found such a massage therapist, he left the location.

The massage was just ok The facial was excellent!

Too much talking during my treatment. However, she was good. And I liked the conversation. But not during treatment.

Both aestheticians were good but I feel that the front desk staff needs to improve their attitude both on phone and in person
