Advised prior to arrival of need to wear mask in waiting area but upon arrival 1. Waiting room was crowded (7 people) and 2. over half were not wearing masks. Spa should consider staggering appts to avoid this crowding and to allow for adequate time to clean between appts. Facial was good but she used a machine on me that was also used in another room during my appt time. We had to wait for use and I’m not convinced the machine was clean properly before being used on me given time constraints. My facial ran over by 10 minutes which cut into my massage time. Felt rushed at the end and while the quality of massage was great, my 50 min was less than 45 min long.

The massage therapist had a super fast pace and I did not feel relaxed. She did not massage feet and hands very well. She did not use long slow to medium movements/pressure to work out tight spots. Kayla was also bad so very disappointed in therapists!!!

We had to call several times to have my mom fill out paperwork and then there was a technical error and she had to redo all of the paperwork twice.

‘Highly Satisfied’ is a pretty high bar to hit and shouldn’t be readily expected unless you’re being compared to a similar massage place.

My massage therapist did a great job focusing on my area of concern. I was very relaxed during my massage and left the location feeing wonderful. I would love to return to the same person again.

I never give the highest rating. There is always room to do better in whatever you do.

I paid extra for a deep tissue but it ended up being less pressure than I typically get. I let the massage therapist know but she used her elbow a little more and it didn't make a difference. Will not be paying $15 more anymore to upgrade for anything. Really disappointed as I was hoping to recommend to my students and staff.
