Hand and Stone

Front desk receptionists are mediocre. It doesn’t feel like I’m walking into a spa upon arrival. Customer service is average. My therapist is amazing!

I always have trouble getting appointment times I need. The front desk staff is just so so. I have had rude front desk people in the past. This last visit was better. I always have to wait sometimes 10minutes. Wonder if I was late what would occur on your side. I did buy three gift massages at Christmas and just gave them to family for Valentine’s Day. Anxious to see how they feel about H&S. Another thing is you seem to have a lot of turnover with therapists as I get used to one have them 2-3 times and they are gone

I almost never rate anything as perfect because perfection is a utopian ideal. That said, my Hand and Stone experience was positive overall, and I plan to continue my membership.

Massages and facials have always been great. The therapists are knowledgeable and kind. They talk/don’t talk based on what you want and I like that.

The therapist I really like is on maternity leave! Lisa Masters gives pristine massages and I only have had the privilege of having her twice! She was the most knowledgeable massage therapist I have ever had and even though the pressure she uses even hurts sometimes, it hurts so good!!!

My experience at Hand and Stone was aligned with that of other treatment centers. I felt the services were on par. I am satisfied with the location and services.

Looking for more relief of aches with massages. Scalp massage was nice, but not sure I would do it again. I have always felt the massage is closer to 45 minutes.

I have sciatica which I listed on my sheet. My massage therapist did not ask about it whatsoever.

Therapist was very nice but did not apply enough pressure to relieve pains and knots. She did not ask for feedback and I should have spoken up and said something at the time but I didn’t. Otherwise visit was very good and relaxing.
