The reception staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The massage therapist came and got me with plenty of time to start the appt. the massage therapist made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

It was difficult to schedule. I left 2 phone messages and no one ever called me back. I had to walk in for appt. the online system is hard to use

The music went off 3 times, then the therapist stopped because he thought I booked 90 minutes instead of two hours. He went to check. Then he thought he was to take 10 minutes off each hour.

It is a pleasant experience. Everyone is nice and the massage therapists are knowledgeable. My previous massage with hand and stone was slightly better than my most recent visit but not were good

My therapist was over 45 minutes late to my appointment. The receptionists originally told me it would be a 20-30 minute wait, then they put me in the tranquility room. I appreciated how I was taken care of, and I was compensated with a free add-on. I just wish I had been communicated with a little better about my massage therapist being delayed. Things happen. I was satisfied with the majority of the visit.

My esthetian was fantastic! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the whole time I was with her. However, she like the lobby women were VERY into upsetting every product they could, it was not enjoyable to constantly be sold a product or service, I had booked this appointment for a facial to gift myself for my birthday and wanted to have some down time enjoying it, but was disappointed in the constant upsetting. Ridiculous. I know you have to make money but seriously...let a person ENJOY what they paid for themselves on that day, will ya?

I checked in, the receptionist checked in the wrong person. I told them that I had a specific masseuse and massage type and they said that it was the system that changed me - which is highly doubtful as I've been a member for awhile now. My masseuse caught it after I was checked in and with a different masseuse due to the receptionist not double checking my appointment name. Apparently two people with my very common first name had an appt at the same time and they checked me in under the other person, and when I brought up the issue with the appt not being correct they didn't double check or even ask my last name.

This is probably the first time the receptionist made me feel welcomed. So there was no issue currently but prior experience makes me not want to interact with the reception staff more than I have to. The LMT Lindsey was great!
