I know that every business wants their customers to be highly satisfied but if you think about it, that’s a pretty tall order. I’ve been to many spas in my life and most would not fit the ‘highly satisfied’ category. The ones that have usually have been at a resort. Those kind of places are hard to compete with. I know this not a very good comparison, but it’s the difference between a good restaurant and a Michelin restaurant and if you have never been to the later you’d have nothing to compare it with.

I was not informed of the products used. I was not informed of the procedure. I felt while waiting on the different products used she could have addressed problem areas more.

The massage therapist talked a bit much for my liking. I should have said something to her, but I get nervous about telling people when I’m dissatisfied. I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings. I did let her know at the beginning that I wanted to focus on my neck and shoulders and she ended up massaging my legs for longer than I was hoping. I really wanted to spend most of the time, if not all of it, on my neck and shoulders. Perhaps I did not communicate this effectively. I also was disappointed with how long it took her to come back in the room after telling me to disrobe and lie on the table. It ate into my massage time, but she ended right on time and didn’t add a couple extra minutes since we didn’t start until 15 after the hour. I did arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and was ready to go. I did sign up for the membership and will be coming back in a month. I did choose a different massage therapist for this appointment, so hopefully I will have better results.

My normal massage therapist is out for a few weeks so I had to meet a new one. By the time we got started with the massage, it was 15 min past the hour. She finished 5 minutes before the hour was up. So it was a total of 40 min of actual massage time. Not sure if I’m just spoiled by my other guy who gives you a full 60 min. Otherwise, she did a fantastic job.

My therapist did not ask me what specific spots I would like her to focus on. I needed a little bit more on my feet and a little more on my neck.

It usually takes a very long time to get checked out after my appt. I wish I was able to spend less time on that portion. YoLynda is incredible though. She's what keeps me coming back and staying a member.

I thought the appointment was wonderful! I had a sensitive skin facial and YoLynda was very gentle and knowledgeable.

Instead of using add ons, just make the massage one price and all inclusive.
