There is always room for improvement even when things are meeting expectations!

Mirrors in the rooms would be great!

I enjoyed my stay and thought it was a great place. Good service, nice products, good feel. But I was not absolutely amazed by Hand and Stone. Although it is a nice spa and I could see myself going there again.

Will probably be canceling membership as there is now a fee for my wife to use my sessions

I appreciate the opportunity to control lighting and music, however massage rooms often feel like doctor's offices rather than a relaxing spa. The esthetician was fantastic and very knowledgeable; the masseuse applied requested amount of pressure and was careful around injured area, which felt much better the next day. I don't believe the requested lavender essential oil was used past taking a few deep breaths to inhale it in initially. Also, the masseuse propped the table up at an angle during the massage to do the shoulder area - something I have not experienced at other spas. Could not select a specific massage/facial with a gift card. Too many items are a la carte that should be included in the service price.

Although the staff was very friendly and helpful I couldn’t book the appointment at the time of my convenience with my preferred esthetician. I had a facial done and I believe the steam machine was not working therefore I felt that it took away from the effectiveness of my facial. The esthetician tried to make up for it by applying hot towels more frequently, I just didn’t think it worked as well as the steam. I was very happy with everything else though.

Nothing specific, no problems. To me highly satisfied would be a WOW factor.

Women at the front desk were complaining about making calls for the following day. I checked in 15 mins early and was not taken back until 5 mins after my appointment time.

Therapist performed more reflexology rather than massage techniques.

Just a normal massage experience. Nothing stood out about it. Extra cost for aroma therapy as a member seems to be nickel and diming. Barely any product is used.
