The only thing was that my service was scheduled for 6:15 and I got a call the day before letting me know it needed to be moved to 6:45 instead which was fine but then when I go there, there seemed to be no problem with a 6:15 appointment so I don't know why it was pushed out. It made a later appt for me and my esthetician

We requested upgrades to our services and one of us did not receive those upgrades. The manager was good about fixing our bill; however, I feel the situation should not have happened. The massage tech should have known what services she was supposed to perform.

There is always room for improvement. I’m a little bit shy, so maybe I’m just not completely comfortable getting a massage. I’ve never gotten a massage anywhere else so I’ve nothing to compare to.

I'm not sure how your staff could handle this but there was a man in the waiting area making phone calls, speaking very loud. It was rude and inappropriate.

This is the 2nd time I have come there with a gift card and been given a sales pitch to become a member. Brings stress back after a massage. First time the guy at front desk didn’t know what he was doing and was rude. Yesterday the lady told me that guy wasn’t there anymore. However the gift card I gave her has nothing on it. She ended up taking care of it but kept saying how it didn’t have $ on it and again tried selling me a membership and causing stress after a nice massage. There are other places in the area to get massages and not feel pressured or inconvenienced.

I purchase a buy one /get one free from your e mail sent to me. I purchase it at 59.95 for the buy one and one free. I knew it was a good deal. when i arrived it was then told to me that the lady made a mistake and the buy one was in fact 89.95. I almost left but felt bad that the therapist would be the one that got hurt. The manager talked to me and I ended up buying 2 session and to get one free. The cost was $120.00 . That was a fair deal. I would never pay 89.95 for a treatment but would pay the 59.95 and would do one once a month. I will have to decide after the next two visits that are paid for if they will be more.

The massage is booked for any hour and I know it then only is at most 50 minutes. I think mine ended up being more like 45. I’d really like it if it was schedule to actually be a 60 minute massage for the price.

I'm not convinced my skin has improved as a result of my facials.
