I liked my experience. I had asked for firm pressure and it wasn't very firm. But it was overall a good massage.

The only problem I had was a discrepancy with "what day/s" my appointment was booked. I received a text message that I had an appointment for Tuesday, when I actually was booked on Thursday of that week. I had to call to make sure the appointment time and date was accurate.

It is mostly my fault, but I was in pain at some parts. I should have spoken up more but around my shoulders I was hurting.

Therapist was good but would have liked more checking in with pressure and or attempts to see if i wanted conversation or quiet. As far as the facility, i have always thought that a shower/steam room to get cleaned up afterwards would be great.

I was cut 8 minutes short. Also I am from out of town and the front desk lady was kind of pushy about me signing up for the monthly package after me and my boyfriend said no several times. The staff are all very nice though

I recommended that my boyfriend join the massage membership club. He did and he got a monthly rate of $49.95 whereas I have to pay $59.95. That seems to be a miss to me that you are rewarding new members with the lower price rather than offering your 15+ month members the better rate. Also I think monthly members should get scented oil as a freebie with massages rather than having ve an upcharge. Other franchise massage places offer this to their members at no charge.

I typically come once a week. I feel the massage therapists are overbooked. For an hour massage thr therapist should be booked out 90 minutes to ensure they're on time for the next appointment and to give them ample time to rest .

Only because I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time. the massage itself was wonderful.

I was very satisfied but do wish there was a more comfortable/relaxing waiting or transition room and also opportunity for spa shower/locker room
