No issues - all is well. But I think scented oils should always be used and included in teh cost. Only place I've ever been asked to pay extra.

My massage felt like it was more rubbing than massage. I don’t know if he had just finished school but I was not satisfied with the massage. I know with massage you are not suppose to remove contact with hands and he kept doing that.

The price was a little high to begin with, now there an up charge for deep tissue - I’m not happy with that

I was disappointed that after my appt started late, and i was told I would still get my full hour, I did not get my full hour. That has happened to me twice now.

THe ambience is nice. I like the relaxation room. And the therapist was friendly and knowledgeable.

Nothing major, the Moroccan amber available in an oil for sale. Maybe the actual massage room could have a relaxing scent. An easier way to find members listed as an add on. They had a hard time finding my appointment when it was time to pay. But it’s ok as I think the employee was new.

The 50 minute massage is very basic. Hand and Stone doesn’t offer anything to it’s customers that the other 2 franchises offer. I am a member of the monthly massage/facial club. It would be nice if there was some sort of preferential treatment offered to club members - such as complimentary scented oil or being seated in the private relaxation section rather than the main lobby. Just a thought.

My therapist was nice but it was the worst massage I’ve had.

My therapist was friendly and great at finding areas of tension. On my form I indicated my areas of need were my lower back and my neck and shoulders, however the therapist did not rub or touch my neck at all.
