The therapist had rough hands (dry and scratchy)

It's very pleasant and I am satisfied -- but it's not a spa at the Four Seasons with plush robes, snacks, a variety of teas, fresh fruit, etc. It's a good experience for the money but it's not super plush or luxurious.

I asked the massage therapist to work on specific areas and apply specific pressures which were not done. I did not feel I got any of the value I paid for.

I think this place is very professional and relaxing \. Everyone is always attentive and friendly. That why i continue to go back.

It’s been a long time since I had a fascia,it did feel good but I don’t remember being charged for every little thing. For example, if I wanted aeromotherapy it was going to be extra...that has been and should be part of the spa experience!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoy getting massages. While I know we could be better at arriving sooner for our appts, we don't get the full 50 minutes of massage-that's the only request we make. The masseuses were wonderful, the ambiance/atmosphere is wonderful. We'd like to get the full 50 minutes of massage.\ Thanks for asking us to take this survey.

Was a bit sore afterwards, but not a major issue. I'll have the therapist do a lighter massage on next visit. Overall, very satisfied.

I specifically ask for females to provide massages for my daughter and I. Much to my surprise, I was greeted by Kevin. Not wanting to make a scene or possibly hurt Kevin's feelings I went ahead with the massage. Kevin did well and this has absolutely nothing to do with him. As a matter of fact, I would have Kevin again. My point is, I did not get what I requested and didn't feel I could do anything about it at that moment. My daughter did have a female.

It would be nice to have at least a small mirror in the massage room so you can make sure you look acceptable when leaving

I had some soreness in my calves from a workout. Kevin was great, but I think he just applied too much pressure, they were so tight I could barely walk the next two days. Maybe it was from the workout, or maybe it was the massage, not sure. But the next two days were miserable.
