I did not like the coconut flavored water.

My only issue with my recent visit was the first part of the appointment (the massage) ended early - 47 minutes after the hour based on the clock in the room. Considering that the prep time eats into the start of the hour, that resulted in approximately 45 minutes of massage. The second half of the visit, the facial, started on time and finished 60 minutes later. Both sessions were very delightful and relaxing.

I'm satisfied -- but reserve a 'highly satisfied' rating for something that was extraordinary, or someone who went above and beyond. You have met my expectations but not exceeded them.

Therapist had a hangnail or callous so when he ran his hands along the muscle, i could feel it and it was a little painful. Didnt read the area i didnt want massaged due to cat scratch. Didnt address the knot i had in my middle back on left and the noise of running water to wash his hands detered from the ambience/relaxation.

I had a great experience. No issues at appointment. First time going for a wax so will see how second appointment goes will definitely book another wax at appointment.

We did a couples massage. We went into the room together and both therapists started talking at once. It was difficult to hear/understand the questions being asked due to both of them talking at the same time.

Upon leaving, I signed the receipt for my husband's credit card since he booked the appt for me. It seemed a little excessive for the tip. I called him when I left and he stated he had told them to do a $25 tip TOTAL and they charged his card for $25 PER treatment, leaving a $50 tip for a $100 tab. He will be calling today for a refund. I even explained to the girl that I thought that was a little much but she insisted that's what he told her over the phone.

The clock in the massage room is faster than the real time thus even though I was on time, this is one time where i felt cheated on my time in the room.

This is a service that is not based on personal details, it is more of a cut and dry middle of the road massage. I am not here expecting white glove treatment!!
