The receptionist did not offer an additional service at check in. I went to the Tranquility room, and waited over 20 minutes. Was told an apt ran long. Then I remembered I had a coupon, so I went back out to area. Then I was given the option card-- I chose the Foot Hot Towel thing for $15. When my apt finally started, it consisted of a few minute rub with barley any scrub, and then a wipe off with hot towels. No way was worth $15-- not even close. Didn't even get an additional foot massage with it. rub it on, wipe it off. 5 minutes max. Body Massage was good.

I had 6 services in my account and it was not explained to me prior to the appointment that a 90 minutes massage would "cost" 2 services. So in essence I lost 30 minutes of service time, based on an hour massage. However, the manager on site talked politely with me and credited my account for an upgrade for my next visit. I was satisfied with this resolution. It would be been more effective to talk this through prior to the services.

My appointment was a gift from my daughter. We had 2:45 p.m. time slots. I was not taken to the room until 4:00 or 4:03 p.m.
