Very, very disappointed that my regular person, Meghan, was no longer employed there. I really liked her work and personality. She always went above and beyond. I felt very comfortable with her. It felt a little awkward with the person I used this time...can't really say why...maybe she didn't come across as genuine. Felt like just another appointment...not an individual.

It was good!

The therapist was very professional and did a fantastic job.

I prefer male massage therapist just makes me more comfortable and the lack of make therapists is frustrating

My appointment started almost 20 minutes late, and my service was not the full hour that I paid for. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment but the employee was running behind. Waiting a little longer is fine, but my appointment should match what I paid for. Especially at these prices.

The music was skipping this past time when I was there and it was a bit annoying. The music choices are not that great. Otherwise the place is super nice and massages are amazing!!

I was worried that the detox facial would be to tough on my skin as I am pretty dry and it's dry with the wind and winter season. My skin has been peeling ever since and it's incredibly dry. I've had a detox facial before and this did not happen.

I was really satisfied, I informed them I do not like scalp massage or hands in my hair as it messes with my extensions, but I had to mention this twice as it hurts my head.

I was satisfied, everything was as expected.
