My appointment was at 4pm I arrived at 3 50 checked in and waited my appointment started at 4 10 and was over at 4 55

This is a new location and they are running a special: $49 for the monthly maint. (I think that's what it's called) and no enrollment fee. I was not happy that the no enrollment fee offer was only available at the time of my appointment. It reeked of desperation and turned me off. I was more than willing to do the $49 and expected a "go home and think about it" response when I asked about the enrollment fee. Maybe it is industry standard but I'm not a fan. By the time I got to my car I thought, "yes, I'd like to the monthly maint. But wait, I don't get the offer and now have to pay an additional $40!" Didn't leave a good impression.

The type of music played during the massage was not soothing. It sounded irritating and almost like a sci-fi movie. Also, there needs to be a coat hook in the ladies room. I had to put my coat on the floor.

I did not get a full hour. Started 9 min after hour and was fine before the hour.

I was mostly satisfied. Becoming a member to get the discounted rate on a couples massage was not clear on your website.. but I understand most places do this type of thing. I was satisfied with the service.. but your website needs clarification.

I made an appointment with a specific therapist, and choose a time that was not best for me but worked with her schedule. When I arrived for the appt., I had a different therapist. I mentioned it when I left and the receptionist had no comment. I liked the substitute but would appreciate notice in the future. Also, when I arrived for my last appointment, the receptionist was on the phone and ignored me. A little eye contact and indication that she saw me would be nice.

My appointment was at 4:00 with a new esthetician so I did not know her. While waiting for my appointment, there were two employees talking behind the counter. Around 4:10, one of the employees came over and introduced herself as my esthetician. I thought that was very poor customer service to leave a client waiting past the appointment time to talk to another employee.

Upon arriving the receptionists were engaged in conversation with each other. One was decorating with spray snow which was being sprayed everywhere. The waterfall on the wall was noisy and annoying. It was not at all relaxing like it should be before a treatment. Facial was mediocre. Esthetician talked more about her personal life than I would have liked to have known. Massage was just ok. $10 for 3 sniffs of aromatherapy is a ripoff!!! I wasn't impressed with the massage therapists skills at all.

I was told that there would be no additional charge to let family members use my membership for a treatment . When I was at desk told there would be a $10 additional charge each time. Receptionist called me and told me I would not be charged. I felt like I was taken care of so I was happy😊
