The staff was very friendly! The space was clean and welcoming. I would say the temps were a bit cold. I waited in the little room in my robe between massage and facial and was super cold. Otherwise my experience was amazing! Thank you so much!

I wish that you had 90 minute appointments. 60 minutes is not enough.

My esthetician was very helpful. This was my first facial at Hand and Stone and she helped tailor the facial to my specific skin needs while also considering my membership allowance.

I had an absolutely amazing experience! From the calm welcoming lobby and reception staff to the end of the session where I was told about after care and products that would be beneficial for my skin type. Marisa was my esthetician and she was beyond amazing! That girl knows her stuff! She is so knowledgeable and knew just what to do to help my problem areas. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout while also keeping me informed on what was going on. I will definitely be going back and requesting her every time. I have already recommended going here to several family, friends, and future brides! Well worth it!

The massage therapist and the monthly plan keep me coming back each month. I appreciate the consistency of the experience (no surprises). I would like to understand if there are benefits that I am not taking advantage of with the monthly plan.
