Calming environment. Friendly staff. feeling refreshing and more vibrant in the end, even though I didn't want the experience to end.

Hand and Stone is always consistent. You provide a service at a fair and reasonable price. Anna is a great massage therapist.

Taylor is the reason I keep coming back to Hand and stone! She is the best esthetician I have ever seen out of the 15 years I have been getting facials! She is knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely invested in my skin.

Lardarian was really great. He listened and did exactly what I asked, He was kind, patient and attentive. I left feeling better than when I arrived.

Relaxing atmosphere, clean. Knowledgable staff. Have been doing facials for about 1 year and it has changed my skin for the better, controlling my dermatitis flareups to a minimum, if any.

The staff is awesome. And all my massages and facials have been amazing.

My massage therapist is simply wonderful. She knows where I need extra work and applies the perfect amount of pressure. And she is very sweet.

Massage therapist was very knowledgeable in relieving my requested areas. She added a nice hot towel. The shop forgot to turn on the music at opening so it was very quiet. Music is a nice touch.

Well the FIRST time I had a membership a year ago or so I tried to cancel and it WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I called they said fine, then I had to go by and sign something, fine, but there was miscommunication with the desk person who told me one date I had to come by to fill out form to cancel and when I went by she'd been wrong. I was upset and asked to speak to the manager who was supposed to call me and never bothered to do so!!!! really bad business and really bad service. If it wasn't for the particular therapist I want to see, I would not have come back. The whole thing left a really bad taste in my mouth. I am not a difficult person but I tell you that blatant refusal by the manager to contact me means although I came back to see the therapist I want/need means I won't refer. I am very nice to staff on every visit every call tip well but I will not refer due to that instance and I asked for manager contact more than once BTW

My aesthetician was very professional and was well aware of the products. I did purchase one she advised. I appreciate a shoulder massage for a few minutes and a scalp massage. No complaint, just a suggestion!
