The aesthetician, Clarissa, was wonderful. Best facial I have had in a long time as it was both very soothing/relaxing and effective for my skin. I've already booked another appointment with her for the future. Reception staff were also very pleasant and easy to work with. Love the products that Clarissa used during my facial. I purchased some of them to take home and have loved them.

Jessica was extremely calming and her presence made it a very comfortable experience. Her understanding and empathy, while being motivating about how much better my skin can get was awesome. Her general excitement and personality were infectious!
