Completely enjoyed the experience from start to finish. The facility itself is neat and clean and has the look and feel one usually associates with a high quality spa.

Natalie is the best masasuse that I have ever had. She is amazing. So friendly and obviously cares for her guests. She does an excellent job of working on the pain points to heal the area.

I use the same massage therapist with each appointment after finding the one who could best address my problem areas -- without complaining about it.

I wish the individual rooms had aromatherapy and a fresh air feel like the reception area has. Cold fruit spa water would be a nice touch. When I was in the massage room, the air felt stuffy and tight.

Always easy to book. I’ve never had any issues at the spa with staff or services. Personal issues keep me from getting there as often as I’d like and price rising is difficult, but I understand in this economy.

I truly enjoyed this visit and when i came to work the next day i told everyone they need to go and book a visit. It was amazing!!!

Friendly service is always received. My therapist is extremely knowledgeable & has recommended stretches, etc. to help me in between massages. The Spa is close to my home.

I am so impressed with Clarissa (at Leawood, KS location). I have been getting facials for over 15 years (I have melasma and facials help) and I have had many esthetician. Clarissa is by far my FAVORITE. She is professional, kind and makes me feel very relaxed. There's not a lot of chit chat (which I don't want. No offense but I'm there to zone out and meditate. Not hear all about your personal life). She keeps the room just the perfect temperature. Her extractions are painless. And she really cares about my skin health. Please keep her because I will follow her wherever she goes!
